At NEC UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Parcel

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
